LSA SHINES SUPREME AT ONGOING 2025 MILO B’BALL CHAMPIONSHIP
Lanreleke sports academy, LSA, have dominated the ongoing 2025 Milo secondary school basketball championship held at the Osogbo township stadium, Osogbo, Osun State capital.
The competition had in attendance Secondary schools across the state.
At the first round of the competition, LSA, Ileogbo (Boys) defeated success Grabbers, Ikirun (Boys) 31-06 to emerge champion in the group category.
In the girls category, LSA had a landslide victory over Succes grabbers, Ikirun with 31-0 to emerge winner.
The second round of the game featured LSA boys hosting Sags, Osogbo to a ransom of 22-0 while the female team also had an overwhelming victory over Sags, Osogbo with 26-0.
The 2025 Milo Basketball continues tomorrow at Osogbo township stadium in osogbo.
Lanreleke Sports Academy students at 2025 Milo Basketball Championship in OsogboSpeaking after the matches, the head coach of LSA Basketball Team, Coach Adeyemi Adewale lauded the high spirit of sportsmanship exhibited by all members of the team which gave them an edge over their opponents.
He expressed confidence in the ability of both the boys and girls team to emerge overall champions in the tournament.
He appreciated the management of LSA for providing an enabling environment that is aiding the successes of the team in their various competitions.
